Custom Order Q & A
Can I customize the quantity of desserts I order?
No. Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to adjust the quantities that I provide on the order forms. I am only able to produce and provide the quantity displayed for each product on the order form as is, there are no custom quantities available only custom decorations at this time.
ie., if shooters display a quantity of 2 dozen or 4 dozen I cannot produce 1 dozen or 3 dozen.
i.e., If cake sizes are displayed as 6" or 9" cake sizes I cannot produce anything less or in-between such as a 5", 7", or 8" cake.
How far in advance should I place a custom order?
Custom orders will usually require at least 3 to 5 weeks' notice. Sometimes a small, simple custom order may be fulfilled in less time, but there is no guarantee of availability. I am a team of 1 and take pride in providing quality work on each order.
Does my custom order need a consultation?
Not always, but it is recommended to book a consultation as soon as possible not only to secure a date, but ensure that your desserts and setup are flawless and well-prepared!
Custom orders require more care, expertise, time, and money. Initial consultations are free.
Depending on the complexity of your order a charge of up to $50 will be allocated towards your final invoice.
Where can I get a Quote?
The links on this website to the Custom Order Forms provide an approximate quote when checking out. The final price is issued after the final consultation & a deposit of half is due upon finalization. It is recommended that the deposit amount be paid ASAP to secure your order date.
Does the final price differ from the initial quote on the order form?
Most times the price will vary depending on the complexity of your custom order design, and /or dessert set-up.
When and where can I expect my invoice?
Invoices will be sent to your provided email address unless otherwise specified. The invoice will be sent on the date specified at our final consultation.
Does my custom order require a Contract?
All Custom Orders over $500 require contracts & will be sent via email with your invoice after the final consultation.
